The Financial Resources Study is documenting variations in the pattens of paid and unpaid work among older workers' households with varying income and wealth, as compared with households headed by younger workers.
Key Research Questions:
How do financial resources affect paid and unpaid work?
How is this relationship further affected by health of the householders, financial commitments to dependents, self employment status, and other descriptive characteristics?
What are the implications for an innovative work environment for older workers?
Study Status:
Data analysis will be completed in Winter 2007.
Selected Findings:
Preliminary findings will be available beginning in Winter 2007.
Publications:
The Summary Report of the Financial Resources Study will be available in Spring 2007.
