The Global Initiatives at the Boston College Center on Aging & Work was established in 2008 in partnership with Middlesex University in London to focus on quality of employment cross nationally – an issue important to employers, employees, policy makers and researchers.
The Institute collaborates with academics and employers to examine the relationships between shifts in the age composition of the workforce, globalization, employer-sponsored policies and programs, public policies, and the employment experiences of the 21st century multi-generational workforce.

However, there is limited information available to business leaders that can help them update their policies and practices to reflect the needs of the 21st century multi-generational workforce working in different countries. |
