EMPLOYER LEARNING CIRCLES

Employer Learning Circles provide opportunities for participants to accelerate their understanding of workplace response to the changing age demographics of the workforce. Participants receive information about new and innovative practices as practice experiences unfold and findings emerge.  Created in July 2007, the Center’s current Learning Circle comprises 15 Employers representing six industry sectors (Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Higher Education, Retail, Financial and Professional Services), and has focused on such topics as Flexibility, Knowledge Transfer, and Employee Engagement. Participating employers also receive copies of Industry Fact Sheets on Changing Age Demographics.
