The SENIOR (Sloan Employer Network Informing Organizational Response) Advisors are workplace representatives who have recognized that the aging of America will have important implications for their businesses.  These business leaders are also interested in exploring how the adoption, implementation, and utilization of different types of flexible work options impact both business effectiveness and the employment experiences of older workers.

Directors Marcie Pitt-Catsouphes, Ph.D., and Michael Smyer, Ph.D., confer with SENIOR Advisors during a meeting at Boston College.

The SENIOR Advisors articulate business perspectives that ground the Center's research and publications.  On an ongoing basis, they scan their business environments to ensure that the Center is focusing on issues related to aging and work that are important at the workplace.

The SENIOR Advisors function as a peer-to-peer learning community; therefore, the number of member companies is capped at 20.
