"More than 1,100 employers participated in the 2008 Benefits and Talent Survey." The participants were primarily senior HR leaders or benefits administrators and managers. 41% of the respondents represented organizations with 501-5,000 employees. 36% were from organizations with fewer than 500, and 22% had 5,001 or more employees.
