According to the September 2005 Current Population Survey (CPS), 67.5% of volunteers aged 55 to 64 volunteered for one organization, 18.8% volunteered for two organizations, 8.6% volunteered for three organizations, 2.9% volunteered for four organizations, 2.0% volunteered for five or more organizations, and 0.2% did not report the number of organizations for which they volunteered for.
