  • Research Associate at the Center on Aging & Work/Workplace Flexibility at Boston College and a 4th year doctoral student in the Graduate School of Social Work, also at Boston College. 
  • Responsible for the ongoing data management and analysis of company-level data collected for the National Study of Business Strategy and Workforce Development as well as multi-level data collected for the Age & Generations study.
  • Project Manager for the Sloan Work and Family Research Network for over 5 years where she worked in a variety of different capacities, including technology specialist for the Network website and Editor of the Research Literature Database and Research Newsletter (May 2003 - September 2004).  
  • Involved in the Nurturing Families Study (Marcie Pitt-Catsouphes and Shelley MacDermid, Co-PI’s) a project funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation which gathered in-depth information about work, family, school, and community experiences from 199 families of middle school-age children.
  • Co-published peer-reviewed articles based on this study in both academic and practitioner journals including, American Behavioral Scientist and Advances in Developing Human Resources (forthcoming). Christina has also been invited to serve as a journal referee for the Psychologist-Manager Journal.
